All items are second-hand. The clothes have been worn, or sometimes not at all, and go through a quality control process. We are committed to carefully checking everything sold on TINY RIO. Clothes are washed and ironed before being offered for sale on our online store. As you are buying second-hand clothes, a detailed description of the item is included on each product sheet.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Orders can be cancelled up to two hours after receipt. Please use our contact form for your request.

Unfortunately, we can't take back second-hand clothes, as it's difficult to tell whether the garment has already been worn - after all, the item has been used before. We therefore attach great importance to describing products very precisely, so that no order errors are made and you receive exactly what you expect. Thank you for your understanding!

For orders over CHF 75, delivery is free. Otherwise, shipping costs are CHF 9.00 for Economy and CHF 10.00 for Priority.

We do also deliver for free in some parts of Lausanne, drop us a message for more info!

We only ship to Switzerland, but don't hesitate to contact us to place an order from abroad!

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 to 5 working days.

We use Swiss Post to send orders, so please allow 2 to 4 working days for Economy shipments, and 1 to 2 working days for Priority shipments.
