2. SUBMITTING YOUR ITEMS
Before sending anything, you must submit our online form together with clear photos of each item you wish to sell. We do not accept unsolicited shipments — items sent without prior submission and approval may be returned at your own cost, declined or donated to a charitable organization.
3. OUR OFFER
Once we've reviewed your submission, we’ll send you a personal offer for each item or per batch, depending on the quantity of articles sent.
Pricing is determined individually, based on the brand, the item’s condition, and its current resale value — we do not publish a fixed price grid or percentage. Our offer already accounts for what it costs us to bring your items to sale: cleaning and ironing, photography, listing, storage, and your postage (see section D).
An offer is valide for 5 days from the date it is sent. If you do not respond within this period, the offer may be withdrawn.
You are under no obligation to accept an offer.
4. SENDING OR DROPPING OFF YOUR ITEMS
If you accept our offer you can either:
Ship your items to us. We’ll refund your postage, up to the cost of a PostPac Economy shipment, as part of your payment (see section 7).
Drop them off in person in Lausanne, by appointment.
Tiny Rio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach us (see section 9).
5. FINAL INSPECTION
Offers are made based on the photo’s and information you provide. Once we physically receive your items, we carry out a final check to confirm they match this description.
It is the Seller’s responsibility to accurately represent condition of each item submitted. If, on arrival, an item does not match the photos or description provided:
Minor discrepancies — we may revise our offer to reflect the item’s actual condition. You’re free to accept the revised offer or decline it.
Items is significantly worse condition than described (e.g. undisclosed damage) — we may decline the item entirely.
If you decline a revised offer, or if an item is declined under this section, it will be returned to you at your own cost. In either case, your postage will not be refunded.
6. CONFIRMING WHAT WE RECEIVE
We record a video as we open each parcel. This recording is our reference if any questions comes up about what we received or the condition it arrived in.
Within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, we’ll confirm receipt and let you know of any discrepancy — a missing item, or a piece that doesn’t match the description or condition you gave us — based on this recording. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we’ll notify you as soon as we receive it.
Tiny Rio cannot be held responsible for items that were never in our possession, or for damage that occurred before your parcel reached us.
7. PAYMENT
Once your items are received and approved, you’ll be paid within 24-48 hours, by bank transfer or Twint, to the account or number you provide. Please note that bank transfers may take a few additional days to actually reach your account, depending on your bank.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Tiny Rio is not liable for payment that fails to reach you, or reaches the wrong recipient, because of an incorrect account number, phone number, or other detail you provided.

Ownership of an item transfers to Tiny Rio once payment as been made.

You are responsible for your items until they reach us. This includes choosing adequate packaging and suitable shipping method. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches us, this is at your risk, not ours.
