A. SHIPPING

1. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We are currently shipping to Switzerland only, using Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of the order. 

2. SHIPPING PRICE
The shipping costs are CHF 9.00. For purchases worth CHF 75 or more, delivery is free of charge.

3. DELIVERY TIME
Your order should take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided to you by email.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES
We first invite you to check that your delivery address is correct. You are responsible for indicating the correct shipping address and details. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and cause a re-delivery delay. If the parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. However, if the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

B. RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot take back second hand clothing as it is difficult to find out whether the item of clothing has already been worn - after all, this item has already been used before. We therefore attach a great importance to describe the products very precisely so that no incorrect orders are placed, and you receive exactly what you expect.
